Expancote* Zinc Galvanize is a high-performance, zinc-rich cold galvanizing coating designed to provide superior galvanic protection for iron and steel surfaces. Featuring a 90% zinc content by weight on the dry film, it prevents rust creep and can be used as a durable rust-inhibiting primer or a standalone mid-grey matt finish. It is easy to apply by brush or roller and dries in less than one hour, making it ideal for structural steelwork, machinery, and rebar priming.
Monofilament Fibre (6mm) is a high-strength, 100% virgin polypropylene fibre designed to reduce cracking, improve durability, and enhance reinforcement in concrete, screed, plaster, and mortar. Its longer 6mm length provides superior crack control, better bonding, and improved structural performance for heavy-duty applications.
SikaPlast®-900 is a high-performance, polycarboxylate-based mid-range water reducer and retarding admixture. Specifically designed for ready-mixed concrete, it provides extended slump retention and high early strength development. It is ideal for hot and tropical climates and is compatible with pozzolanic materials like GGBS, PFA, and microsilica.

CLASSIC® – RAPID 777 is a multi-component, non-chloride, water-reducing and accelerating
concrete admixture. It is specially formulated to accelerate concrete setting time and enhance
early and ultimate strengths over a wide range of ambient temperatures including hot, mild, cold,
and sub-freezing conditions.
CLASSIC® – RAPID 777 complies with ASTM C 494 / C 494M requirements for Type C
(Accelerating) and Type E (Water-Reducing & Accelerating) admixtures.

DESCRIPTION
Polyseal PS GG is a non slumping two component,
chemically curing polysulphide joint sealant. Polyseal PS
GG is specifically designed to be used as a watertight seal
for moderate movement and control joints. It is based on
a liquid polysulphide polymer which when mixed with the
hardener, cures to form a tough, flexible and non staining
rubber like seal. Polyseal PS GG has excellent adhesion
to concrete, stone, metals and other common building
substrates. The cured sealant has good resistance to
most environmental chemicals & resists deterioration on
prolonged exposure to UV. Polyseal PS GG is suitable for
use in both vertical and horizontal applications. The sealant
has a movement accomodation factor (MAF) of ±25%.
