Monofilament Fibre – 100% Virgin Polypropylene (19mm) is a high-performance synthetic reinforcement fibre used to enhance the strength, durability, and crack-resistance of concrete and mortar. With its extended 19mm fibre length, this product provides exceptional performance in industrial flooring, precast elements, R.C.C structures, pavements, shotcrete, overlays, and heavy-load applications.

These fibres disperse uniformly throughout the concrete mix, forming a 3D reinforcement network that significantly reduces plastic shrinkage, prevents micro-cracking, and enhances impact and abrasion resistance. The longer fibre length increases bonding strength, improves ductility, and enhances overall load-bearing performance.

Being 100% virgin polypropylene, the fibres are corrosion-free, alkali-resistant, chemically inert, and extremely durable, making them an ideal replacement for steel mesh in many applications. Lightweight, economical, and easy to use, they deliver long-lasting durability in both residential and industrial construction.
