V1/50 GP Non-Shrink Grout is a ready-to-use, cementitious, high-performance general-purpose grout developed for applications requiring high flow, controlled expansion, and reliable load transfer. When mixed with a controlled quantity of clean water, it produces a highly flowable, non-shrink grout suitable for gap thicknesses ranging from 20 mm up to 120 mm.

The grout is chloride-free, making it suitable for reinforced concrete and sensitive structural elements. Its formulation ensures excellent flowability even after 90 minutes, combined with good early and final strength development. The controlled expansion mechanism compensates for shrinkage, ensuring full contact with base plates, anchor pockets, and load-bearing surfaces.

V1/50 GP demonstrates high resistance to cracking even at low water-cement ratios and offers excellent durability against freeze-thaw cycles, water ingress, oil, and petrol exposure. The grout is pumpable, easy to pour, and performs reliably even under low-temperature application conditions.

Approved for use in drinking water environments, V1/50 GP is suitable for a wide range of structural and industrial grouting applications, including precast construction columns, machinery base plates, bridge bearing pads, anchor bolts, cavities, recesses, prefabricated concrete units, and general concrete repair works.
