Expancote* Zinc Galvanize is a specialized anti-corrosive primer and self-finish coating formulated by Expanchem Fospak. Application Guidelines

• Surface Preparation: All surfaces must be clean and free from oil, grease, mill scale, and rust. Grit blasting or thorough wire brushing is recommended.
• Mixing: The product must be thoroughly stirred before and periodically during application to prevent the settlement of zinc pigments.
• Thinning: If necessary, use only Expancote* Zinc Galvanize Thinner at a rate not exceeding 1 liter of thinner to 8 liters of product.
• Coating: Apply one coat when used as a primer or two coats for a self-finish. The material should be applied liberally without attempting to “brush out” the coating.
