ConSeal CR is a single-component, cementitious waterproofing system utilizing advanced reactive crystalline technology. Formulated with active additives, it penetrates deep into the capillary network of concrete and mortar substrates. Upon reaction, insoluble crystalline formations seal the internal pores and micro-cracks, becoming an integral, homogeneous part of the host structure rather than an external layer.

Summary Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation: Ensure the substrate is clean, sound, free of loose particles or contaminants, and fully pre-dampened/water-soaked prior to application.
Mixing: Mix with clean water (preferably using a low-speed mechanical mixer with a paddle) to achieve a thick, creamy, lump-free slurry. Apply within 45–60 minutes at 20°C.
Application: Apply the first coat at 1.0 kg/m² using a stiff-fibered brush. Allow 4–5 hours to dry, re-dampen the surface, and apply a second coat at 1.0 kg/m².
Curing: Continuous water curing is mandatory for 4–5 days by spraying fresh water (or keeping water tanks filled for 5–7 days). Do not use membrane curing compounds.
